Walking into your local liquor or grocery store and being overwhelmed is par for the course. The concept is for users to post review as they try new beverages, thereby saving people from bad choices and alerting them when they find a great one. Beverages would be sorted by summary and users can sign up for alerts for all of the categories they're interested in.
